应学校邀请，越南人民警察学院副院长邓春康率团一行5人，于2017年9月11日至15日来校交流访问。校长曹诗权、副校长席艳丽分别会见代表团。
The vice president of the Vietnamese People’s Police Academy (PPA), Dang Xuan Khang, leading a five-member delegation was invited to visit PPSUC from September 11th to 15th, 2017. PPSUC President Cao Shiquan and Vice-PresidentXi Yanli met with the delegation.
双方在全面回顾近年交流取得成果的基础上，就进一步落实合作项目进行了深入磋商。双方一致认为，中越两国传统友谊源远流长，高层交往密切。两国在政治、经济、文化、教育等领域的合作成果丰硕。在这样的时代背景下，中国人民公安大学与越南人民警察学院之间建立了十分紧密的合作关系。双方一致表示，将在认真总结交流合作成果经验的基础上，紧紧抓住机遇，乘势而为，不断深化学术交流与人才培养合作，落实各项合作计划，积极为两校争创一流不懈努力，为“一带一路”倡议和中国-东盟国家合作机制提供安全保障，为两国关系健康发展注入动力。
After comprehensively reviewing the achievements made in recent years, the two sides held in-depth consultations on further implementation of the cooperative projects. They agreed that the traditional friendship between China and Vietnam has a long history and high-level exchanges are frequent. Bilateral cooperation in the fields of politics, economy, culture and education has been fruitful. In the context of current era, PPSUC and PPA have established a close cooperative relationship. The two sides unanimously said that they would firmly grasp the opportunity and march on with accumulating momentum, carry out various cooperative programs, pay endeavors for pursuit of high-class police education, and ensure security for the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-ASEAN Cooperation Mechanism.
双方还就《中国人民公安大学与越南人民警察学院项目合作计划书（草案）》进行了深入交流，同意就教师互派、留学生交换、教师科研以及研究生联合培养等重点领域开展合作。
The two sides also exchanged views on signing a cooperation agreement, and agreed to collaborate on key areas, such as teachers and students exchange, scientific research and joint training for postgraduates.
在校期间，越南代表团参观了我校团河校区图书馆、警体综合训练馆和警务实战训练馆，并与警体战训学院和犯罪学学院，就学科建设和人才培养进行了座谈交流。越方客人对我校教学训练设施、教育管理水平等给予了高度评价。
The delegation also visited the library, the Integrated Physical Training Hall and the Police Tactics Training Hall in Tuanhe Campus, and held discussions with teachers from School of Police Law Enforcement Abilities Training and School of Criminology on the subject of discipline construction and talent training respectively. They gave high praise to PPSUC’s teaching and training facilities and education management level.
我校办公室、组织人事处、学生工作处、教务处、研究生院、科研处、外事办公室、警体战训学院和犯罪学学院等单位相关负责人分别参加了上述活动。
The responsible from the PPSUC University Affairs Office, Office of Personnel Management, Office of Education Administration, Office of Student Affairs, Office of Scientific Research, International Cooperation Office, Graduate School, School of Police Law Enforcement Abilities Training and School of Criminology attended the above activities.
