我眼中的中国“战疫”
——中国人民公安大学在校留学生访问实录
编者按：
突如其来的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，打破了2020年寒假的宁静。面对此次疫情，在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下，全国上下万众一心、众志成城，坚决打赢疫情防控的人民战争、总体战和阻击战，在世界范围内率先实现了对疫情的有效管控，为全球疫情防控和人类安全作出了巨大贡献。公安大学3名来自古巴、安哥拉的留学生，在寒假期间没有回国并选择留校学习生活。他们积极参与和配合学校的疫情防控，亲眼见证了中国国内从疫情爆发到有效控制的全过程，并亲身感受到了此次“战疫”中展现出的中国智慧与力量。
采访对象：
伊万，男，古巴移民局督察，39岁，公安部国际执法官员研修班学员，2019年9月来华。
黎奥波多，女，安哥拉警察总局人事局警司，46岁，中国政府奖学金警务硕士留学生，2019年10月来华。
安东尼，男，安哥拉警察总局保障局警司，37岁，中国政府奖学金警务硕士留学生，2019年10月来华。
笔者：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生后，很多留学生都在学校和大使馆的帮助下安全撤离了中国，你为什么选择了留下？
Author: After the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia, many international students evacuated from China safely with the help of schools and embassies. Why did you choose to stay?
黎奥波多：原本我计划留在北京过寒假，更好地学习汉语，没想到突然爆发了疫情，但我和同事安东尼仍然坚持选择留在中国，因为中国和安哥拉从未抛弃彼此。中国不止一次伸出援手，帮助安哥拉度过一些难关，现在中国有难，我们的老师还都在这里，他们为我们做了这么多的事，我若此刻离开，心里很过不去，因此我选择勇敢的和中国站在一起，就是给中国人民最大的鼓舞。说实话，我的家人和朋友起初很担心我，但我告诉他们，我的意见——我们共享一个地球，我们必须同甘共苦。经过一段时间他们发现我生活在一个有着物资保障、操场和花园的学校里，有关心我的中国朋友，为了不让我们去商场等危险的地方，甚至帮助我们代购。渐渐地，我的家人知道我在学校很好、很安全，他们都支持我的选择。
Leopoldo: I originally planned to stay in Beijing for the winter vacation and learn Chinese better. I did not expect a sudden outbreak, but my colleague Antonio and I still insisted on staying in China because China and Angola never abandoned each other. China has reached out more than once to help Angola overcome some difficulties. Now China is in trouble. Our teachers are still here. They have done so many things for us. If I leave now, I must feel very upset, so I choose standing bravely with China, which is the greatest encouragement to the Chinese people. To be honest, my family and friends were worried about me at first, but I told them that my humble opinion —we share a planet, we must go through thick and thin. After a while, they discovered that I lived in a school with playground, garden and material security. My Chinese friends cared about us. They even helped us purchase daily necessities in order to prevent us from going to malls and other dangerous places. Gradually, my family knew that I was very safe and sound in school, and they all supported my choice.
安东尼：突发的疫情打乱了我原本的寒假计划，但我选择留下，正如我对我的辅导员所说的那样“我想和你一起留在中国，抗击这次疫情，在必要的时候向你们提供帮助。我要保持我在安哥拉警局学到的原则——在最困难的时候决不抛弃一个同事。”让我感动的是，中国也没有抛弃我们，安哥拉也支持我们，即使在最艰难的时候，学校和安哥拉大使馆一直在给我们提供物资方面的帮助。学校领导一直没有忘记我们，还给我们送来了慰问水果，这会让人有种自己一直被牵挂的温暖。外事办的老师和我们的辅导员，从头到尾陪着我们，尊重我们的习俗，帮我们解决各种生活和学习上的问题，我很感谢他们。还有学校的清洁阿姨，每天来给公寓消毒，为我们创造健康的环境。
Anthony: The outbreak disrupted my original winter vacation plan, but I chose to stay, as I said to my counselor, “I want to stay in China with you to fight this epidemic and help you when necessary. I want to maintain the principle I learned at the Angolan police station - never abandon a colleague in the most difficult times.”What moves me most is that China has never abandoned us, and Angola supports us. Even in the most difficult times, the school and the Angolan embassy have been providing us with material assistance. School leaders have been concerning about us constantly. They sent us fruits as a kind of condolence, which brings us warmth a lot. The teachers of the International Cooperation Office and our counselor accompany us from beginning to end, respect our customs and help us solve various problems in life and study. I thank them very much. And the school's cleaning worker, who comes to disinfect the apartment every day, has created a healthy environment for us.
伊万：我选择留在中国，起初是因为我只有一年在中国学习的时间，实在太短了。后来我意识到在学校里是非常安全的。因为学校几乎空无一人，还采取限制人员进出校园等措施，可以说我们“生活在真空中”，被传染几乎是不可能的，这让我有信心留在中国。学校为了让我们的生活更安全、方便，将我们的需求纳入到整体物资代购，这样我们就不必去人多的地方与其他人直接接触，学校医院也在紧急情况下保持开放，并与我们保持密切联系，每日测量体温，随时了解情况。这种情况下，我没有理由离开如此安全的中国和学校。
Ivan: I chose to stay in China at first because I only have one year to study in China. It's too short. Later I realized that it was very safe in school. Because the school is almost empty, and some measures have been taken to restrict people from entering the school, it can be said that we "live in a vacuum", and it is almost impossible to be infected. This situation makes me feel confident to stay in China. In order to make our life safer and more convenient, the school has purchased daily necessities for us every week so that we do not have to go to crowded places and avoid keeping direct contact with other people. The school hospital is also open in currently emergent situations, and keeps close contact with us. We take temperature every day, and update the information at any time. In this case, I have no reason to leave such a safe China and school.
笔者：您是否关注中国的抗疫工作开展情况，最让你印象深刻的是什么？
Author: Do you pay attention to the development of China's epidemic prevention and control work? What impresses you most?
伊万：我一直在关注有关新闻和措施。老实说，中国政府在抗击病毒过程中展示出的组织力、行动力，以及中国人民，特别是医生、警察和部队等人员的纪律与勇气是非常值得被赞扬的。还有就是中国人民的基层社区自治力量，真是超出了我的想象，整个北京的大街上没有警察巡逻，也很少见到政府官员，包括我们学校，最多的是社区工作者和居民自发组织的自我管理，他们宽严相济，灵活地组织着每一个社区居民进行自我隔离。这让我很惊讶，一个如此众志成城的民族，大家齐心协力且没有怨言，正因此，中国的抗疫工作才能如此有力、高效。
Ivan: I've been following the news and prevention measures. To be honest, the organizational and operational capabilities of the Chinese government in the fight against the virus, as well as the discipline and courage of the Chinese people, especially doctors, police and military personnel, are highly commendable. In particular, the grass-roots autonomy of the Chinese people is beyond my imagination. There are no police patrols on the streets of Beijing, and there are few government officials. Most people voluntarily respond to the calling on of government and are self-quarantined at home under the organization of community workers, who are good at organizing the self -quarantine of each community resident combining punishment with leniency ways. Our school also do like this. I'm surprised that such a united nation can work together without complaint. I believe that is why China's epidemic prevention and control work is so powerful and efficient.
黎奥波多：关于中国抗疫工作，我时不时阅读新闻，目睹了中国政府在抗疫方面的巨大努力。首先，中国的大方向是正确的，采用的方法是隔离以阻止病毒的传播（而非一些国家群体免疫的方式），目前很多国家正在向中国学习，是有益且有效的。其次，中国的效率很高，很短的时间（10天左右）内建立了一所又一所专门救治新冠肺炎的医院，在几乎一夜之间完成了整个国家彼此间的隔离与控制，以防止疾病传播，从而有效控制了这次疫情。最后，中国政府和人民关系很好，在疫情中，政府虽然采取了隔离，但总是考虑人民的想法，人民也主动配合政府的工作，我没有见到任何冲突发生。
Leonardo: As for China's epidemic prevention work, I read the news from time to time and witnessed the great efforts Chinese government has made in epidemic prevention. First of all, China's general direction is correct. The quarantine method is adopted to prevent the spread of the virus (rather than group immunization in some countries). At present, many countries are learning from China, which is beneficial and effective. Secondly, China are very efficient. Within a short period of time (about 10 days), one hospital after another was established to treat the patients, and the entire country was isolated and controlled from each other almost overnight to prevent the spread of the disease. Finally the epidemic is effectively controlled. Lastly, the Chinese government has a good relationship with the people. In the epidemic, although the government adopted quarantine method, it always takes the people's needs into consideration and the people took the initiative to cooperate with the government's work. I did not see any conflict.
安东尼：团结和凝聚力，这是中国在抗疫中留给我最深刻的印象，中国政府把中国人民紧紧地团结在一起，每个人都打心底响应国家的号召，自觉隔离。并且很多医生和警察自发前往武汉，那是疫情最严重的城市，中国各地的人民像一家人一样，有着非常强大的凝聚力，我认为这也是中国战胜疫情的最关键因素。
Anthony: Solidarity and cohesion, this is the deepest impression that China left on me in the fight against the epidemic. The Chinese government unites the Chinese people tightly. Everyone answers the call of the country and is voluntarily quarantined. And many doctors and policemen spontaneously went on the way to Wuhan, the severely afflicted area. People from all over China have a great cohesion like a family. I also think this is the most critical factor for China to overcome the epidemic.
笔者：本学期受新冠疫情影响，学校停课不停学，开设网络教学对您的学习是否有帮助？
Author: Affected by the epidemic this semester, the school has carried out the method of Not Stopping Studies When Stopping Classes. Does online teaching help your study?
黎奥波多：学校里不仅为我们做好了生活保障，同时开设了网上学习，保证我的学业不会中断，汉语老师每周一对一地辅导我，还有一些法律和政治的课程也有网络直播。尤其感谢我们的汉语老师，他辅导我按照HSK（汉语水平考试）资料进行学习，一对一地带着我练发音和语法，看我写字并批改，这个非常有用。我的英语不是很好，辅导员还帮我介绍了一名会葡语的老师，这很关键。
Leopoldo: The school not only gives us support for our own life, but also offers online learning, so that my studies are not interrupted, Chinese teachers tutor me one-to-one every week, and some legal and political courses are also broadcast online. I want to give special thanks to our Chinese teacher. He tutored me to learn according to HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) materials, helped me one-to-one to practice pronunciation and grammar, watched me write and correct it, which is very useful. My English is not very good, the counselor also introduced me to a Portuguese-speaking teacher of the International Cooperation Office, which is very important for me.
伊万：为了不耽误留学生的学习，公安大学根据我们的需要，及时主动地在网上开设不同的课程，包括语言、法律和警务，有近十种。正因为他们的努力和奉献，我才能在人类经历磨难的时刻继续学习。作为一名留学生，当下自己能做的便是珍惜这来之不易的学习机会，不荒废每一寸光阴，利用好网络课堂，提高自己的汉语水平和对国际执法合作的认识，为中古执法合作贡献自己的力量。
Ivan: In order not to delay the study of international students, according to our needs, the Public Security University Of China promptly offers different courses online, including language, law, and police. There are nearly ten kinds. It is because of their hard work and dedication that I can continue to learn at the moment when humankind experiences suffering. In my opinion, due to the impact of the epidemic, international students should not return to China, because the large-scale return of these students to China may have devastating consequences. We all need to stick to online learning and actively cooperate with the school and the Chinese government in epidemic prevention.
安东尼：在学术方面，我们确实很受影响，因为失去了与老师和同学的直接联系，但我也必须承认，在这次漫长的“居家隔离”中，网络授课对我的学业提供了很大补救。我在宿舍静心学到了更多，尤其是汉语知识，汉语老师每周都会抽出三个小时，对我进行一对一的视频辅导，这种形式的辅导非常珍贵。除此以外，我还要特别感谢外事办的老师，他们尊重我们的习惯和习俗，帮助世界各地的同学协调课程，并与我们每天保持联系，细心而认真。
Anthony: In terms of study, we are indeed very affected, because we have lost direct contact with teachers and classmates, but I must also admit that in this long "home isolation", online teaching has remedied my studies greatly. I settled down my mind on the studies and learn more in the dormitory, especially Chinese knowledge. The Chinese teacher took three hours a week to give me one-to-one video tutoring. This form of tutoring is very precious. In addition, I would also like to thank our counselor, who respect our habits and customs, and help students around the world to coordinate courses.
笔者：这次全球疫情让你对中国的看法有什么改变，对您之后在中国的留学生活有什么影响？
Author: How has this global epidemic changed your view of China, and what impact will it have on your study abroad in China？
安东尼：我重新认识了中国，中国是一个果断和勇敢的国家，在第一时间作出了武汉封城的决定，并及时启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，涵盖总人口超过13亿。中国是一个非常有凝聚力的国家，中国人民无条件地支持政府工作，政府也可以把所有中国人团结在一起，这让我们非常敬佩。中国还是一个有担当的国家，自身处于危难之中，却仍要兼济天下，把最好的专家团队、医疗物资等援助到世界的各个角落，把他们在抗击新冠肺炎（这是困扰全世界的邪恶病毒）过程中获得的所有经验传授给世界。中国确实是世界各国的楷模。在今后的留学生活中，我会更刻苦地学习中文和中国的优秀经验，成为中国和安哥拉友谊的使者。
Anthony: I have re-recognized China. China is a resolute and courageous country. It made the decision to lock down the city of Wuhan at the first time, and promptly initiated the first-level response to major public health emergencies, covering a total population of over 1.3 billion. China is a very cohesive country. The Chinese people unconditionally support the work of the government. The government are also able to unite all Chinese people, which we admire very much. China was also a responsible country. When it was still in critical conditions, it was not just protecting itself. Instead, it provided the best expert teams and medical supplies to all corners of the world, passing on to the world all the precious experiences gained during the process of fighting against the evil virus. China is indeed a role model for all countries in the world. In the future studies abroad, I will study Chinese and Chinese excellent experience harder, and become the messenger of friendship between China and Angola.
Leopoldo: I am very surprised by the various measures and methods the Chinese government and its people have adopted to control the epidemic. China’s development level has surprised any country, and so many countries are now learning from China’s experience. In my opinion, China is one of the best countries in the world. Learning here is a kind of wealth for my country and the friendly relations between the two countries. I will cherish my learning opportunities in China even more.
黎奥波多：我非常惊讶于中国政府和人民控制疫情的各种措施和方式，中国的发展水平让任何国家都感到惊讶，所以，现在很多国家借鉴了中国的经验。在我看来，中国是世界上最好的国家之一，在这里学习对我的国家和两国的友好关系都是一种财富，我将更加珍惜我在中国的学习机会。
Leopoldo: I am very surprised by the various measures and methods the Chinese government and its people have adopted to control the epidemic. China’s development level has surprised any country, and so many countries are now learning from China’s experience. In my opinion, China is one of the best countries in the world. Learning here is a kind of wealth for my country and the friendly relations between the two countries. I will cherish my learning opportunities in China even more.
伊万：我能够有机会在中国学习很幸运。中国作为一个大国，它的国际主义、攻坚克难、集体主义、谦虚朴素等特点正闪闪发光。虽然现在国际上有些人在恶意抹黑中国，但我们这些亲身在中国见证了这段历史的留学生，深刻感受到了中国人民为推动中国进步和国际援助所做的一切努力！我想以后，我会努力认真学习，更好地促进中古关系和各方面的交流合作。最后，再次感谢公安部、公安大学的领导及老师们付出的努力、奉献与奋斗，寥寥几句，难以抒怀。
Ivan: I am lucky to have the opportunity to study in China. As a big country, China is sparkling with its internationalism, formidable spirit, collectivism, modesty and simplicity. Although some people in the world are maliciously slandering China, those of us who have personally witnessed this experience in China have deeply felt all the painstaking efforts made by the Chinese people to promote China’s progress and international assistance.Thanks to the leaders and teachers of the Ministry of Public Security and the People's Public Security University of China, it is difficult to express my gratitude in just a few words.I appreciate you and thank you guys!
